Mr. Mom
I'm playing Mr. Mom again this week. Emily flew to California to visit some aging relatives and I get to play mom again. We came home last night from a short trip to Florida and she caught an early flight this morning. Between unpacking from the Florida trip, cleaning up, doing laundry, and getting ready for the California trip, it was a short night. And today was a long day, but I really do enjoy this role. In fact, if I could figure out how to permanently switch roles with Emily, I would.

What a great Dad! I didn't even know about all this! I should really do better about keeping in touch. Sorry. I haven't spent much time on blogs either. Still kind of tired and busy. Alrighty, I've told Alyssa "in a little bit" one too many times - I'm going to go play with her now :). Love you!
ReplyDeleteBeen there. Totally been there. It's lots of fun (and work) being Mr. Mom. As hard as I try, though, can never seem to do as well at the home thing as Kati can. She seems to have a gift. I'm betting Emily has it too.
