Tile in the Garage

We've been looking for houses recently and we found one that was a little weird. No offense to whoever did this, but have you ever seen anything like this before?


What's the point of a tile floor in a garage? I'd be afraid to crack the tile by driving my car on it. Maybe they decided to make living space out of their garage, but ... that just seems so weird!

    Garage tile flooring is available in various types and styles. The checkered tile flooring is a commonly well-liked one particular.

    I don't get it. Never seen a garage floor with tiles? Make a google picture search iot expand your horizon.

    I have a friend who just tiled his garage and within two weeks it looked like crap. Cracked tile, dirty grout, rubber tracks on the tile. He went with white which wasn't extremely smart. He parks a 996 Twin Turbo and a CL500 which he parks in the garage. It looked great for the first week but no longer.
